Gin never tasted so good! This week's 'Featured Gin' at The Sailor is from Never Never Distilling in McLaren Vale, South Australia. Founded by three mates with a love of flavour and craftmanship, Never Never takes its inspiration from the Australian outback and a journey into the unknown.
Never Never's Ginache is the perfect union of grape and gin. McLaren Vale Grenache grapes are crushed and added to their Triple Juniper Gin and allowed to steep, the result is a gin with a luminous red colour that develops into a bright hibiscus pink when tonic or soda is added.
Our recommended serve is with Fever Tree Indian Tonic and fresh lemon.
