This month we're celebrating a house favourite, the Gin Blush. A cocktail we created during the first lockdown that has stood the test of the time!
It's a fruity little number, with grapefruit running through it and just the right balance of sweet and sour.
The base for our Gin Blush is a gin, but not just any old gin. We use Threefold Distilling's Aromatic Gin from Adelaide, South Australia. A rich, flavour intense gin with a wonderful balance of citrus, savoury and floral notes that give it it's aromatic taste, and a perfect base for this cocktail.
